Mostly no — and that's good news for planning. The official 3.29.0 patch notes introduced no changes to access, fragments, drops or difficulty for the Shaper, Uber Elder, Sirus, Maven, Searing Exarch or Eater of Worlds. The one pinnacle-relevant addition is a brand-new boss: GGG's notes state that "a new Abyss Endgame Pinnacle Boss has been added, with its own set of brand new Unique items." Common pinnacle boss farming mistakes

A few traps that cost players fragments and currency every league:

• Farming Ubers for Voidstones. You don't need them. The regular Uber Elder, Maven, Searing Exarch and Eater kills each grant a Voidstone; Ubers are loot-only.
• Expecting a Voidstone from Sirus. Sirus does not drop one. Voidstones come only from the four bosses above.
