Quick answer: In Season Reorientation (S11, live September 8 – November 9, 2026), Delta Force Operations rotates in two-hour blocks on UTC time. Blocks starting at 00, 04, 08, 12, 16 and 20 UTC run AZ3 Easy + Tide Prison Hard; blocks starting at 02, 06, 10, 14, 18 and 22 UTC run AZ3 Normal + Space City Hard. Four queues never rotate: AZ3 Normal (permanent since the September 9 patch), Layali Grove Easy with Squad Fill, Brakkesh Normal, and Layali Grove Normal on weekends.
Key takeaways
- 12 two-hour blocks a day, two alternating sets. Every rotating map is open for 12 hours a day, split into six two-hour windows.
- The schedule is official. It comes from Team Jade's own "S11 Operations Map Rotation" graphic in the September 5, 2026 Reorientation launch post, plus one later change: AZ3 Normal went permanent on September 9.
- All times are UTC+0. Convert to your own clock. Daylight-saving changes on October 25 (UK and EU) and November 1 (US) move the local times by an hour.
- "Permanent" does not mean "full lobby". Brakkesh Normal is always listed, but players this month report long waits to get into a match there.
- The rotation resets with the season. Reorientation ends November 9, 2026. Expect a new graphic with the next season, and we will update this page when it lands.
What is the current Delta Force map rotation?
This is the full Operations schedule for Season Reorientation, taken from Team Jade's official S11 rotation graphic and updated with the September 9 patch. Times are UTC+0, as labelled on the graphic.
| Time (UTC) | Rotating queue 1 | Rotating queue 2 |
|---|---|---|
| 00:00–02:00 | AZ3 – Easy | Tide Prison – Hard |
| 02:00–04:00 | AZ3 – Normal | Space City – Hard |
| 04:00–06:00 | AZ3 – Easy | Tide Prison – Hard |
| 06:00–08:00 | AZ3 – Normal | Space City – Hard |
| 08:00–10:00 | AZ3 – Easy | Tide Prison – Hard |
| 10:00–12:00 | AZ3 – Normal | Space City – Hard |
| 12:00–14:00 | AZ3 – Easy | Tide Prison – Hard |
| 14:00–16:00 | AZ3 – Normal | Space City – Hard |
| 16:00–18:00 | AZ3 – Easy | Tide Prison – Hard |
| 18:00–20:00 | AZ3 – Normal | Space City – Hard |
| 20:00–22:00 | AZ3 – Easy | Tide Prison – Hard |
| 22:00–24:00 | AZ3 – Normal | Space City – Hard |
The one-line rule: look at the current UTC hour and divide by four. A remainder of 0 or 1 means AZ3 Easy + Tide Prison Hard. A remainder of 2 or 3 means AZ3 Normal + Space City Hard.
When the graphic was published, AZ3 Normal was itself a rotation slot. That changed the day after the season launched, four days after the graphic was published. Team Jade's September 9, 2026 "Balance Adjustments & Bug Fixes" update, under the heading "Operations Map Rotation Adjustments", says:
"AZ3 - Normal is now permanently available." — Delta Force Team, official Steam post (September 9, 2026)
So in practice, AZ3 Normal is open 24/7. The only thing still alternating is Tide Prison Hard + AZ3 Easy versus Space City Hard.
Which Delta Force maps are always available?
The bottom row of the official graphic lists the permanent maps. These never leave the queue during Reorientation:
| Map | Difficulty | When |
|---|---|---|
| AZ3 Nuclear Plant | Normal | 24/7 (since the September 9, 2026 patch) |
| Layali Grove | Easy, with Squad Fill | 24/7 |
| Brakkesh | Normal | 24/7 |
| Layali Grove | Normal | Weekends only ("permanent on weekends") |
Team Jade explained the Layali Grove change in its September 10 design post, Layali Grove 2.0 — More Than One Way Through:
"In Season Reorientation, Layali Grove Easy Mode supports Squad Fill, while Layali Grove Normal opens every weekend." — Delta Force Team, official Steam post (September 10, 2026)
That makes Layali Grove the easiest place to queue with randoms on a weekday (Easy with Squad Fill), and the best higher-stakes squad map on weekends. Team Jade hasn't said exactly when the weekend window opens and closes, so check map select on Saturday and Sunday.

What about Zero Dam?
Zero Dam does not appear on Team Jade's S11 rotation graphic at all. It is not in the rotating rows and it is not in the permanent row. It is still in the game: the September 5 launch post lists Zero Dam – Easy as one of the season's fishing maps, and players are still posting Zero Dam runs on r/DeltaForceGlobal this week. Because Team Jade hasn't published how it is scheduled this season, we are not going to guess a timetable. Check the map-select screen. For the map itself, see our Zero Dam loot and extraction guide.
The same caution applies to any map and difficulty combination that isn't on the graphic, such as Brakkesh Hard or Tide Prison Normal. One exception is documented: Team Jade's October 15 notes say Polaris Patrol runs on Space City – Normal, AZ3 – Normal and Space City – Hard, so Space City Normal is officially playable inside that mode even though it isn't on the rotation graphic. Fan-made rotation trackers are useful, but some still show pre-Reorientation schedules (one popular tracker was last updated in July 2026) that put Brakkesh in the rotation. The official S11 graphic doesn't. When a tracker and the game disagree, the game wins.
How do I convert the rotation to my local time?
The graphic is in UTC+0. Here is when Block A (AZ3 Easy + Tide Prison Hard) starts in common time zones on the clocks in use right now (October 20, 2026). Block B (Space City Hard) always starts two hours later.
| Your time zone (current offset) | Block A starts at (local) | Block B starts at (local) |
|---|---|---|
| UTC / GMT | 00, 04, 08, 12, 16, 20 | 02, 06, 10, 14, 18, 22 |
| US Eastern (EDT, UTC−4) | 00, 04, 08, 12, 16, 20 | 02, 06, 10, 14, 18, 22 |
| US Pacific (PDT, UTC−7) | 01, 05, 09, 13, 17, 21 | 03, 07, 11, 15, 19, 23 |
| UK (BST, UTC+1) | 01, 05, 09, 13, 17, 21 | 03, 07, 11, 15, 19, 23 |
| Central Europe (CEST, UTC+2) | 02, 06, 10, 14, 18, 22 | 00, 04, 08, 12, 16, 20 |
| Moscow / Istanbul (UTC+3) | 03, 07, 11, 15, 19, 23 | 01, 05, 09, 13, 17, 21 |
Two clock changes are coming before the season ends:
- October 25, 2026: the UK and EU leave summer time. UK becomes UTC+0 and Central Europe becomes UTC+1, so both shift by one hour.
- November 1, 2026: the US leaves daylight time. Eastern becomes UTC−5 and Pacific becomes UTC−8, so both shift by one hour.
The rotation itself doesn't move. It stays locked to UTC, and only your local reading of it changes. Because the blocks alternate every two hours, a one-hour shift means the map you expect at a given local hour can flip to the other set.
Why can't I find a match on Brakkesh (or another permanent map)?
Long queues are a recurring complaint on r/DeltaForceGlobal this month, and Brakkesh comes up again and again. A player who needs Brakkesh for a season mission wrote:
"I've spent 30mins every day this week trying to Q brak to do my szn mission and haven't been able to get one game." — r/DeltaForceGlobal player, October 2026 thread
Another said they had been stuck on the same mission phase since September 20 because they "can't find any brakkesh matches". Brakkesh Normal is officially permanent, so the map isn't missing from the rotation. The likely problem is population. Matchmaking needs enough players in that exact queue, region and platform pool. Players suspect much of the player base has moved to Space City for Polaris Patrol: "Most people are on space cause of desmoulins event i think," as one put it. Team Jade's October 15 notes run that mode from October 16, 2026 00:00 to January 26, 2027 02:00 UTC, and they give Desmoulins an exclusive extraction point in the Space City garden.
What players in the thread recommend:
- Turn cross-play on if you're on console. It widens your matchmaking pool across platforms.
- Switch server region (players mention SEA) if your home region's queue is empty.
Our own tips:
- Try your region's busiest hours rather than queuing at random times.
- Queue as a full squad. A pre-made squad needs fewer extra players to start a match.
- Read the mission text before you commit. Check exactly which map and difficulty the mission names, so you don't spend 30 minutes in the wrong queue.
Players are frustrated about this. One reply in the thread argued that if you "gotta do all this manually just to get in a game", the fix should come from the developers. If you're grinding a Brakkesh mission before the season ends, start early. Our Brakkesh loot and extraction guide will help you get the run done in one try.
Which rotation slot should I play?
The schedule tells you what is open. Your gear, your goal and your Operations level decide which slot is worth your time.
| Your goal | Best slot | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Low-risk Tekniq Alloy runs, learning maps | Layali Grove Easy (24/7) or AZ3 Easy (Block A) | Lower-tier lobbies and cheaper kits. Squad Fill on Layali Grove Easy means you never have to solo it. |
| Steady mid-tier income | AZ3 Normal (24/7) or Brakkesh Normal (24/7) | Always queueable, so your session doesn't depend on the clock. |
| Highest-value loot, highest risk | Tide Prison Hard (Block A) or Space City Hard (Block B) | Hard is the highest difficulty in this rotation, with tougher PvE and more valuable loot. Bring a kit you can afford to lose. |
| Weekend squad nights | Layali Grove Normal (weekends) | The one higher-stakes Grove queue, and it only opens on weekends. |
If you're unsure which difficulty you're ready for, read Operations difficulty explained: Easy, Normal, Hard and Hot Zone first. AZ3 also adds a radiation mechanic that the other maps don't have. Our AZ3 Nuclear Plant guide explains how to survive it, and the Tide Prison and Space City guides cover the two Hard rotation maps.
Does Warfare have a map rotation?
Not in the same way. Team Jade's rotation graphic covers Operations only. In Warfare you queue for a mode, such as Attack and Defend (A/D), Victory Unite (VU) or King of the Hill (KOH). Team Jade doesn't publish an hour-by-hour Warfare map schedule, so any "Warfare map rotation times" you find online are unofficial.
What changes is how fast each mode fills. One player summed it up on r/DeltaForceGlobal: "A/D is almost instant, KOH is slower, and KOH Pioneer is the slowest. VU takes the longest to match." If you just want to get into a game, A/D is the fastest Warfare queue right now.
When will the map rotation change next?
Season Reorientation ends on November 9, 2026. The S11 rotation graphic shipped in the pre-season launch post, so the most likely place for the next schedule is the patch notes just before the new season goes live. Mid-season changes can also happen, like the September 9 AZ3 Normal change. They appear in the official Delta Force Steam news feed under "Operations Map Rotation Adjustments".
This page is our evergreen rotation tracker. We will update it with every new official schedule, so you don't have to dig through patch notes. For what usually carries over between seasons, see does Delta Force wipe at season reset.
FAQ
What time does the Delta Force map rotation change? Every two hours, on the even UTC hour: 00:00, 02:00, 04:00 and so on. Blocks starting at 00, 04, 08, 12, 16 and 20 UTC run AZ3 Easy + Tide Prison Hard. Blocks starting at 02, 06, 10, 14, 18 and 22 UTC run AZ3 Normal + Space City Hard. AZ3 Normal has also been permanent since September 9, 2026.
Is AZ3 Normal always available? Yes. Team Jade's September 9, 2026 update states "AZ3 - Normal is now permanently available," so you no longer need to wait for its rotation slot. AZ3 Easy still rotates. It is open during the blocks that start at 00, 04, 08, 12, 16 and 20 UTC.
When is Tide Prison Hard available? In the same blocks as AZ3 Easy: 00:00–02:00, 04:00–06:00, 08:00–10:00, 12:00–14:00, 16:00–18:00 and 20:00–22:00 UTC. That's 12 hours a day in six windows.
When is Space City Hard available? In the alternate blocks: 02:00–04:00, 06:00–08:00, 10:00–12:00, 14:00–16:00, 18:00–20:00 and 22:00–24:00 UTC.
Why does the rotation look different on a fan tracker? Some trackers haven't been updated since Season Meltdown, and some fill gaps with guesses. The official source is Team Jade's S11 rotation graphic in the September 5, 2026 Steam post, plus the September 9 AZ3 Normal change. If a tracker disagrees with your in-game map select, trust the game.
Is Brakkesh removed from Delta Force? No. Brakkesh Normal is listed as a permanent map for all of Season Reorientation. Long queues on Brakkesh come from low player population, not from the map leaving the rotation. Turning on cross-play and queuing at peak hours helps.
