Either bank the gold before the order starts or add a top-up on the form: 50M is $14.99, 100M is $28.99 and 300M is $84.99.

  • Level 99 Construction takes 13,034,431 experience. An oak larder gives 480 experience for 8 oak planks, a teak garden bench 540 for 6 teak, and a mahogany table 840 for 6 mahogany. That gap in experience per plank is why the mahogany route finishes far sooner and costs far more gold.

  • Building and demolishing mahogany tables from level 52 is the fastest mainstream route, fed by a demon butler running planks from the bank. Below that, oak larders from 33 carry most accounts. Mahogany Homes is the cheapest in gold but noticeably slower, which is why it is offered as a separate route on the form.

  • It helps a great deal. A butler is hired at Construction 40 and a demon butler at 50, and the demon butler carries 26 planks per trip from the bank to your house, which is what keeps a build-and-demolish loop running at full rate. If your house has no servant, the booster will hire one from the Servants Guild in Ardougne.

  • Yes. Put the left handle on the Construction level your account sits at and the right handle on your target; anything inside 1 to 99 is valid. Common orders are 1 to 52 to reach mahogany tables, 1 to 70 for the Master tier of Mahogany Homes at $9.99, and 88 to 99 for the last stretch to the cape.

  • Either works. The gold top-up on this form is the convenient option because the timber arrives with the order and the booster can start immediately. If you want a different amount, or gold without a boost attached, use our separate OSRS gold product instead. The boost price is identical either way.

  • The Construction cape and hood from the Estate agent, which teleport you to your player-owned house an unlimited number of times and act as a skill cape emote unlock. Everything built on the way stays yours, and the boost adds nothing to the account beyond the Construction levels and the house furniture you paid for.
