Preyhunter's Fury Mount

Preyhunter's Fury Mount — Prey Hunts and Journey Rank 10

  • 2,250 Remnants
  • Journey Rank 10
  • Every Hunt Window

Preyhunter's Fury is the vendor mount of the Season 2 Prey system in WoW Midnight, sold by Construct V'anore at Astalor's Sanctum in Silvermoon City for 2,250 Remnants of Anguish. The catch most buyers miss: the item also requires Preyhunter's Journey rank 10, the final rank of the seasonal Prey reward track. Our service at timesaver.gg starts at $27.99 and runs every weekly hunt window until both gates are cleared and the mount is learned.

How to get Preyhunter's Fury in WoW Midnight

Preyhunter's Fury is bought from Construct V'anore in Silvermoon City for 2,250 Remnants of Anguish, but the purchase stays locked until your Preyhunter's Journey reaches rank 10 — the end of the seasonal track. Remnants come from Prey hunts at roughly 250 per Hard or Nightmare completion; the track fills at four hunts a week.

The rank 10 gate and the Remnant math

Two separate meters have to fill before the vendor will sell to you, and they move at very different speeds.

Preyhunter's Journey is the seasonal reward track of the Prey system: 10 ranks at 4,000 progress each. Your first four hunts every week award 1,000 progress apiece; every hunt beyond those four pays only 50. Run the full four weekly and rank 10 lands roughly ten weeks into the season — overflow grinding at 50 a hunt can shave a little off, but no amount of play compresses the weekly core. Season 2 opened on 18 August 2026 in North America and 19 August in Europe, so a buyer starting now rides essentially the whole track.

Remnants of Anguish are the fast half. A completed Hard or Nightmare hunt pays around 250, so the 2,250 the mount costs is on the order of nine good hunts. Remnants also drop for surviving ambushes, sometimes for disarming traps, and from the quest A Nightmarish Task. One quirk we handle for you: Remnant drops despawn five minutes after appearing, so a sloppy hunt group simply loses currency — ours loots everything before moving.

What's included

  • Every weekly Prey hunt window run on your character — the four full-progress hunts, every week, until rank 10;
  • 2,250 Remnants of Anguish looted, with ambush and trap bonuses collected along the way;
  • Preyhunter's Journey rank 10 reached, which also unlocks everything the track awards on the way up;
  • The vendor purchase from Construct V'anore and Preyhunter's Fury learned, account-wide;
  • Self-play or piloted at the same price, remote self-play for 30% more;
  • A cheaper Remnants-only scope if your Journey already sits at rank 10.

Options explained

The scope choice mirrors the two gates: buy the whole service or just the currency half.

  • Full service — $27.99: rank 10 plus 2,250 Remnants plus the purchase, everything from wherever you currently stand;
  • Remnants only — $14.99: your track is finished, we farm the missing currency and buy the mount;
  • Speed — Express (+20%) guarantees your order is picked up first and never misses a window; Super Express (+40%) adds overflow hunts beyond the weekly four. Neither can shorten the weekly track itself, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Self-play, piloted or remote

Prey hunts happen in scheduled windows, which is exactly why piloted is popular here: one of our players takes every window on your character, week after week, and you never plan your evenings around it. Self-play is the default and costs the same — you join our hunt group for the four weekly hunts and play your own character, with no login details shared. Self-play remote adds 30% and keeps your own client in your hands through remote-desktop software while our team leads the hunt.

Requirements

A level 90 character on a live retail realm, EU or NA. The Prey system is Season 2 open-world content with no raid lockouts involved; if your character has not touched the Prey storyline yet, we handle the unlock steps as part of the order. Piloted orders need account access during the hunt windows, protected by a VPN matched to your region.

How long it takes

Honestly: this mount spans the seasonal track, and that is the ETA. From a fresh start, rank 10 arrives about ten weeks in at four hunts a week, with overflow hunts trimming the edge at 50 progress each. The Remnants are done long before the rank is — nine or so Hard and Nightmare hunts cover the 2,250 — so the last weeks are pure track progression, and the mount is bought the day rank 10 unlocks. While the weeks tick, the same hunts feed the rest of the Prey cluster: Nightmare windows are where Ral'kala can be summoned for the Hexflame Reaver, and many buyers stack a parallel Vaults farm like Caustic Venomfang or the Venomous Coiler meta, since those run on days the hunts do not fill.

Frequently asked questions

  • Preyhunter's Fury is the Season 2 Prey-system mount in WoW Midnight, sold by Construct V'anore at Astalor's Sanctum in Silvermoon City for 2,250 Remnants of Anguish. The same vendor carries other Prey rewards, but this is the headline mount, and it is account-wide once learned on any of your characters.

  • Beyond the currency price, the item requires Preyhunter's Journey rank 10 — the final rank of the seasonal Prey reward track. The track has 10 ranks of 4,000 progress; your first four hunts each week award 1,000 apiece and further hunts only 50. That gate, not the currency, is what actually takes time.

  • Remnants of Anguish are the Prey system currency. A completed Hard or Nightmare hunt pays roughly 250, and they also drop for surviving ambushes, sometimes for disarming traps, and from the quest A Nightmarish Task. Drops despawn after five minutes if unlooted, so disciplined looting during hunts genuinely matters.

  • Because the Journey track is weekly-gated: four hunts a week at 1,000 progress each is 4,000 per week, and rank 10 needs 40,000 total. Overflow hunts pay only 50 progress, so grinding harder barely moves it. Season 2 began 18 August 2026, and the mount unlocks when your track — not your wallet — is done.

  • Only at the margins, and we say so upfront. Express guarantees your order never misses a weekly window; Super Express adds overflow hunts at 50 progress each, which trims days rather than weeks. No service can compress the four-hunts-per-week core of the track, and any shop promising otherwise is inventing mechanics.

  • No. There is no Midnight Season 2 mount named Corsair — the only WoW mount with that name is Chrono Corsair, a The War Within 11.1.7 Timewalking reward on a completely different model. Listings pairing a Corsair with Construct V'anore are conflating the two. The Silvermoon vendor's mount is Preyhunter's Fury.

  • Yes. Once Preyhunter's Journey hits rank 10 and 2,250 Remnants of Anguish are in your currency tab, the vendor purchase always succeeds — there is no drop roll anywhere. The only variable is time, which is why our listing quotes the seasonal track honestly instead of a fake fixed completion date.

  • Tell us your current rank and currency when ordering. Mid-track characters keep the full-service price but finish sooner, since the remaining weeks are fewer. If you are already rank 10, take the Remnants-only scope at $14.99 and we simply farm the missing currency and complete the purchase for you.

  • A level 90 character on a live retail realm in EU or NA. No raid lockouts or rating requirements apply — Prey is open-world seasonal content. If the Prey storyline is not yet unlocked on your character, we complete the unlock steps as part of the order. Self-play orders share no login details.
