Reins of the Raven Lord

Reins of the Raven Lord Farm - WoW TBC Anniversary

  • Anzu Drop
  • We Summon Anzu
  • Daily Lockout Farm

Reins of the Raven Lord drops from Anzu, and Anzu exists in exactly one place: Heroic Sethekk Halls. Heroics run on a daily lockout, not a weekly one, so this is an attempt every 24 hours instead of one a week. From $281.99.

Anzu does not spawn on his own, and this is the whole reason to buy rather than farm. He has to be summoned, and only a druid who has finished the Swift Flight Form quest chain — the Ther'shul line that ends at the Raven Stone in the Sethekk Halls hall — can perform the summon. Most players simply cannot farm this mount at all, because they do not have that druid. We do. Our druid joins every single attempt and summons Anzu for you. If you would rather earn the summon yourself, the Swift Flight Form quest chain is sold separately.

We do not quote an official drop rate, because Blizzard never published one. The figure you see everywhere is community-aggregated kill data sitting near 1% per kill. Taken at that community number, the median farm is about 69 daily attempts, roughly ten weeks — half finish sooner, some run much longer, and a lucky few end on the first summon. That is why this is priced as a run-until-it-lands farm and never as a fixed number of runs.

Entry is key-gated. Heroic Sethekk Halls needs the Auchenai Key, bought from Nakodu at Lower City Honored. Add it above for $26.99, or order our Heroic Dungeon Keys and Lower City Reputation services separately.

How it is delivered: piloted by default, self-play if you want to be in the group for every attempt, or Self-play Remote for 30% more. Manual play, no bots. US realms are the default; EU is on the region switch above.

Frequently asked questions

  • Because Anzu never spawns on his own. Reins of the Raven Lord drops from Anzu in Heroic Sethekk Halls, and Anzu can only be summoned by a druid who has finished the flight-form quest chain — the Swift Flight Form line that ends at the Raven Stone. If nobody in your group is that druid, the boss simply does not appear and the mount cannot drop. We keep a qualified druid on staff who joins every attempt and does the summon for you.

  • Reins of the Raven Lord drops from Anzu, and Anzu is found only in Heroic Sethekk Halls in Auchindoun, Terokkar Forest. There is no normal-mode version of the encounter, no vendor sells the raven mount and no quest awards it, so Heroic Sethekk Halls is the single source in TBC Anniversary.

  • Blizzard has never published an official figure, so treat any page quoting one as a guess. Community-aggregated kill logs put Reins of the Raven Lord near 1% per Anzu kill in Heroic Sethekk Halls. At that community number the median farm is roughly 69 attempts, which is why this service runs until the mount drops instead of promising a run count.

  • Heroic Sethekk Halls is on a daily lockout, not a weekly one, so Anzu can be summoned and killed once every 24 hours. At the community-aggregated rate near 1% per kill the median Reins of the Raven Lord farm is about 69 daily attempts, roughly ten weeks, and it is sold as run-until-it-drops from $281.99 rather than as a fixed number of runs.

  • Yes. Heroic Sethekk Halls needs the Auchenai Key, sold by Nakodu in Shattrath once you are Honored with Lower City, and every member of the group needs their own. You can add the Auchenai Key to this Reins of the Raven Lord order for $26.99, or buy our Heroic Dungeon Keys or Lower City Reputation services on their own.

  • Yes. Reins of the Raven Lord farms run on the US TBC Anniversary realms, Dreamscythe and Nightslayer included, and US is the default region on this page. The daily Anzu attempt is scheduled around your own play hours in ET or PT, support answers during US business hours, and EU realms are priced on the region switch above.

  • No. Reins of the Raven Lord is Bind on Pickup, so the Anzu kill has to happen on your own character in Heroic Sethekk Halls — that is why this farm is piloted or self-play and never a delivery. TBC Anniversary also has no account-wide mount collection, so the raven stays on the character that looted it.

  • No. Reins of the Raven Lord is a ground mount in The Burning Crusade, running at 100% speed with Epic Riding at 150 riding skill. It is bought for the model — a rideable Anzu raven — not for flight, so no Artisan Riding or epic flying is needed to use it once it drops in Heroic Sethekk Halls.
