The Fortnite One Piece collab is live. It arrived with Treasure Hunters and update v43.00 on 1 November 2026, and Epic's servers came back from downtime at 08:12 UTC that morning. Luffy, Nami and Usopp are in the Item Shop now. Zoro, Sanji and a Chopper Sidekick follow on 7 November, and Buggy on 13 November. Ace and Nico Robin are in the Battle Pass. In matches, you can eat the Gum-Gum Fruit to fight as Luffy. This page used to track leaks. It now lists what is actually in the game, with prices, dates and the cheapest way to get each character.
Quick answer (updated 3 November 2026): In the Shop now: Monkey D. Luffy 1,800 V-Bucks, Nami 1,600, Usopp 1,600, or the One Piece Bundle for 4,000 V-Bucks, which adds the Going Merry glider and three more items. 7 November: Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick. 13 November: Buggy. Battle Pass: Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin. Free route: the Zoro Cup (6 Nov) and Buggy Cup (13 Nov) award those two outfits to top regional players. In matches: Gum-Gum Fruit, Flame-Flame Fruit, Zoro's Three Sword Style, Usopp's Slingshot, Nami's Tangerine and Meat on a Stick. Prices for Zoro, Sanji, Chopper and Buggy aren't out yet.

Is One Piece in Fortnite right now?
Yes, since 1 November 2026. Epic's launch notes open with it: "Starting today, November 1, drop into Fortnite Treasure Hunters: a new Island where you'll search for mysterious loot, fight with powers straight from One Piece and collect new Sprites. The Straw Hat crew and A$AP Rocky's crew are already here" (Epic, launch notes).
The collab first showed up on 24 October 2026, when Epic posted a short Going Merry teaser with the credit "© Eiichiro Oda/Shueisha, Toei Animation". Epic then listed the characters and dates in its 30 October Treasure Hunters announcement. Everything below comes from those two Epic posts unless we name another source.
Here are the numbers that matter:
- 8 One Piece outfits are named by Epic: Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Zoro, Sanji and Buggy in the Shop, plus Ace and Nico Robin in the pass.
- 4,000 V-Bucks buys the launch bundle. The same items cost 8,200 V-Bucks separately, according to Game Rant.
- 6 One Piece items are in Battle Royale loot, plus Arlong Park, Windmill Village and Baratie Bay on the map.
- 2 competitive cups give a One Piece outfit as a prize.
How much are the One Piece skins in Fortnite?
Luffy costs 1,800 V-Bucks, Nami and Usopp cost 1,600 each, and the One Piece Bundle costs 4,000. Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR posted the prices during the v43.00 downtime on 1 November. Beebom and Game Rant then confirmed them against the Item Shop. Epic's own announcement gives dates but no prices.

Is the bundle worth it? If you want two or more of the three Straw Hats, yes. Luffy plus Nami alone costs 3,400 V-Bucks, and the bundle adds Usopp and the Going Merry glider for 600 more. If you only want Luffy, buy him by himself. Players noticed one catch: Luffy has no edit styles, so there's no Gear 5 or alternate outfit at 1,800 V-Bucks. One r/FortniteLeaks commenter summed up the mood: "Getting all the Straw Hats is looking like dropping money on a triple A game."

How long is the bundle in the Shop? Epic hasn't announced it. A capture of the in-game bundle page shows it leaving on 3 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC, while Beebom's text says 4 December. Either way it lines up with the end of Treasure Hunters. Shop timers change, so check the bundle page in game before you wait.
When do Zoro, Sanji, Chopper and Buggy come out?
Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick arrive on 7 November, and Buggy on 13 November. Epic's announcement gives the full order: "Luffy, Nami, and Usopp arrive in the Shop at Season launch, followed by A$AP Rocky on November 5 at 7 PM ET. Zoro, Sanji, and the Chopper Sidekick land November 7, Lil Uzi Vert on November 12, Buggy on November 13, and Kasane Teto and Cap'n Hatsune Miku on November 14."

What time do they release? Epic only gave an hour for A$AP Rocky. Shop items normally appear at the daily reset, 00:00 UTC, which is 7 PM ET the evening before now that US daylight saving time has ended. So Zoro and Sanji should be buyable from 7 PM ET on Friday 6 November. That's our reading of the usual reset, not an Epic time.
Prices for the second wave have not been announced. Game Rant lists 1,600 V-Bucks for Zoro, Sanji and Buggy and 1,500 for Chopper, but those look like estimates until the Shop shows them. Vice estimates about 10,000 V-Bucks for all three Shop bundles together. Chopper is a Sidekick, not an outfit. The game files already contain Zoro's Swords and Sanji's Utensils pickaxes, a Test of Will emote, Buggy Knives and Buggy's Coat.
Which One Piece characters are in the Battle Pass?
Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin. Epic says: "Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin are featured in the new Battle Pass alongside new anime looks for Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader, and Charlotte." Gifting the pass gives both players a Dark Kawaii Team Leader style. Luffy is not in the pass. That surprised some players, but Epic always listed him in the Shop section.

- Price: GamesRadar and Game Rant report 800 V-Bucks. Epic's announcement doesn't print a price.
- Unlock levels: Game Rant's reward table puts Ace and Robin around level 35, with the second one at level 45 if you pick the other first. Epic hasn't published a level list, so check the pass pages in game.
- Accessories in the files: Ace has the Fire Fists pickaxe and the Fire Fist! emote. Robin has the Slalom Vine pickaxe and the Cien Fleur: Wing emote. The files also hold an outfit named "Ms. All Sunday", her alias from the anime.
Is the pass the cheapest One Piece skin? Yes. At 800 V-Bucks it costs less than Nami or Usopp alone and comes with two One Piece outfits. Treasure Hunters is short, though, with Epic's Chapter 7 end event on Saturday 5 December 2026, so you have about a month to reach the levels. Can you get Zoro or Buggy for free?
Only by placing high in a competitive cup. Epic's launch notes say: "top regional performers in the One Piece: Zoro Cup (November 6) and the One Piece: Buggy Cup (November 13) can earn the Roronoa Zoro and Buggy Outfits and their accessories, plus a Fortnite x One Piece: Treasure Box in eligible countries."
To have a shot:
- Turn on two-factor authentication now. Epic requires 2FA to enter Fortnite competitive events (our Fortnite 2FA guide).
- Check the Compete tab in game for the format, session times and how many players per region win. Epic hasn't posted cutoffs, and they differ by region.
- Plan for the Shop as backup. "Top regional performers" usually means a small number of winners per region. Most players will be buying Zoro on 7 November.
The Pirate Shop is the other free route. If you find the token in a chest, you can claim anything sold for V-Bucks in the Item Shop for 14 days, which includes One Piece outfits that are listed at the time. What One Piece weapons and items are in Fortnite?
Six One Piece items are in Battle Royale loot. Here is how Epic describes each one:

How do you get the Gum-Gum Fruit? Epic hasn't explained how the Devil Fruits spawn. Beebom, GAMES.GG and The Times of India report that both fruits come through a Rift partway through a match, and that everyone in the lobby gets a map marker when one appears, so expect a fight over it. TechWiser and The Click describe the Gum-Gum Fruit as random floor loot instead. Both groups agree that there's no fixed spawn spot. Where are the One Piece POIs? Epic's notes describe three One Piece places on Crossbones Isle. Arlong Park is the "fish-man stronghold". Windmill Village is "straight out of One Piece". Baratie Bay has the floating restaurant. Loguetown shares its name with the One Piece harbour town. Epic's map card and its patch notes still list different names for some spots, and our Treasure Hunters map guide shows both.
Is there more One Piece coming?
Yes, at least through 13 November. Epic's week plan for 7 November says Buggy "and the Megalodon crash onto the Island looking for trouble", the same day Zoro and Sanji reach the Shop. Epic also teases a Map Fragment you can find on each Captain's Day: "a sharp-eyed sailor might notice it's just one piece of something bigger." Epic hasn't explained what it leads to, and the season's big mystery is still Captain X's mega chest.
What hasn't happened:
- No Luffy edit styles or Gear 5. Players are asking for them, but nothing has been announced or found in the files.
- No further Straw Hats announced. Franky, Brook and Jinbe aren't on Epic's list. Before launch, leaker NotPalo claimed the collab would come in two waves. The 7 November drop matches that, but anything after Buggy is guesswork.
- No Going Merry Battle Bus confirmed in words. Several outlets read the 24 October teaser as a Going Merry Battle Bus. The Going Merry you can actually buy is the glider.

Watch out for "free One Piece skin" scams. There is no code that unlocks Luffy or any other One Piece outfit. The only free routes are the two Epic cups and the in-game Pirate Shop token. Sites and Discord bots that ask for your Epic login to "gift" a One Piece skin are phishing.

Can you get One Piece skins for free? Zoro and Buggy go to top regional players in the Zoro Cup (6 November) and Buggy Cup (13 November), and the Pirate Shop token lets you claim Shop items for 14 days. There's no code or giveaway site that unlocks them.
