Quick answer: The ZZZ 3.3 banner list has not been published yet, but as of today the two new Agents are no longer a leak. On 2026-10-05 at 12:00 (UTC+8), HoYoverse announced the Version 3.3 "Journey to the Sky" Special Program for October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8) and named Phoenix and Severian in the same post as "these two new Agents." Version 3.3 itself begins 2026/10/21 at 06:00 (UTC+8). The confirmed Phase I channel list should post on 2026-10-19, two days before launch, and the full lineup gets revealed on the October 9 broadcast. The date that matters right now is earlier than all of them: the current Roxy and Promeia channels close at 2026/10/20 14:59 server time, fifteen hours and one minute before 3.3 starts.
Written 2026-10-05, with Version 3.2 "Their Secret Histories" live and in its Phase II window.
What did HoYoverse actually confirm about the Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 banners?
One post, published today, changed the status of two names from "datamine" to "official."
The Version 3.3 Special Program announcement (HoYoLAB post 46972907), timestamped 2026-10-05 12:00 (UTC+8), reads:
"The Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 'Journey to the Sky' Special Program will begin on October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8)! How will Phoenix, descending from the sky, rewrite the fate of the Proxies? Severian, acting on the mayor's orders, has suddenly appeared on Quietude Isle!? How will his presence shake up the ever-shifting situation in Roscaelifer? The story behind it all will be revealed by Mr. Z and these two new Agents!"
Three things are now first-party fact. The version is called Journey to the Sky. The Special Program airs October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8). And Phoenix and Severian are the two new Agents of Version 3.3 — that is what "these two new Agents" means in a post whose subject line is the 3.3 Special Program.
Both Agents already have official Agent Records on HoYoLAB from 2026-09-11. Phoenix's record gives her full name as Phoenix Reffaella and opens with her own line: "I'm Phoenix, one of Krampus's... judge, of sorts. Standing around's a little tiring — mind if I sit?" Severian's record names him Severian Lowell and introduces him as "Public Security Commissioner, Severian Lowell. No need for pleasantries — what's the situation?"
What is still missing from every official channel: their rank, their Attribute, their Specialty, which phase each one lands in, their signature W-Engines, and every rerun name. Nobody has that from HoYoverse yet. Anyone publishing a full 3.3 banner table today is publishing a datamine.
The ZZZ 3.3 banner schedule, projected from the game's own cadence
Version 3.3 starts when 3.2 ends. The Version 3.2 update announcement states that 3.2 "will run for 42 days, ending on 2026/10/21 06:00 (UTC+8)," which fixes the 3.3 start timestamp exactly.
From there, the split is not a guess either. Every version since 2.6 has used the same 21-day/21-day structure, and the channel notices confirm it with minute-level precision. Here is the published Phase II window for the last six versions:
| Version | Phase II open | Phase II close | Next version start |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.6 | 2026/03/04 12:00 | 2026/03/23 14:59 | 2026/03/24 06:00 |
| 2.7 | 2026/04/15 12:00 | 2026/05/05 14:59 | 2026/05/06 06:00 |
| 2.8 | 2026/05/27 12:00 | 2026/06/16 14:59 | 2026/06/17 06:00 |
| 3.0 | 2026/07/08 12:00 | 2026/07/28 14:59 | 2026/07/29 06:00 |
| 3.1 | 2026/08/19 12:00 | 2026/09/08 14:59 | 2026/09/09 06:00 |
| 3.2 | 2026/09/30 12:00 | 2026/10/20 14:59 | 2026/10/21 06:00 |
Six versions, six identical shapes, zero variance. Phase II always closes at 14:59 server time, and the next version always opens at 06:00 the following morning — a fixed gap of 15 hours and 1 minute with no banner running in it. Phase I, in the same notices, always ends at 11:59 and Phase II opens at 12:00 the same day, a one-minute handoff.
Apply that to Version 3.3 and the projected banner calendar is:
- Phase I: after the Version 3.3 update on 2026/10/21, through 2026/11/11 11:59 (server time)
- Phase II: 2026/11/11 12:00 through 2026/12/01 14:59 (server time)
- Version 3.3 ends: 2026/12/02 06:00 (UTC+8)
These are projections from a six-for-six pattern, not published dates. The published dates arrive in the "V3.3 Limited-Time Channels (Phase I)" notice.
When will the official ZZZ 3.3 banner list be published?
Two moments, and they are different.
The Special Program on October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8) is the reveal. That broadcast is where HoYoverse shows the new Agents' kits, gameplay, and the version's event lineup — and, per the same announcement post, "We will also be dropping an exclusive redemption code during the livestream, so make sure you tune in on time." Livestream codes are time-limited: the last four have run on an identical two-day window, with the 3.2 code live 2026-08-28 to 2026-08-30, the 3.1 code 2026-07-17 to 2026-07-19, the 3.0 code 2026-06-06 to 2026-06-08, and the 2.8 code 2026-04-24 to 2026-04-26. Redeem on the night, not the following week. Our ZZZ redeem code page tracks what is currently live.
The channel notice is the legally precise version, and it posts later. Across the last six versions, the "Limited-Time Channels" notice has gone up almost exactly two days before its phase opens — the V3.2 Phase II notice (post 46863847) went up 2026-09-28 at 12:15 (UTC+8) for a phase that opened 2026-09-30 at 12:00, a lead of 1 day 23 hours 45 minutes. On that pattern, the V3.3 Phase I channel notice should post on 2026-10-19, carrying the exact S-Rank names, Attributes, Specialties and rate-up A-Ranks.
That is a falsifiable prediction, and this lane has a record on them. On 2026-10-03 we projected the 3.3 Special Program would be announced on October 4 or 5 and broadcast on October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8). The announcement landed 2026-10-05 for a broadcast on October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8).
The deadline nobody is talking about: 2026/10/20 14:59
Here is the part with real consequences, and it is the thing most 3.3 banner articles skip entirely.
The V3.2 Limited-Time Channels (Phase II) notice sets the window as "2026/09/30 12:00 (server time) – 2026/10/20 14:59 (server time)" and lists four channels:
- Cindernight Respite — limited S-Rank Agent Roxy (Wind, Stun), with A-Ranks Corin and Billy boosted
- Cold Rain Wanes in the Night — limited S-Rank Agent Promeia (Ice, Anomaly), same A-Rank boosts
- Crimson Moon Casket — limited S-Rank W-Engine (Stun), with Housekeeper and Starlight Engine Replica boosted
- Frostfall Sickle — limited S-Rank W-Engine (Anomaly), same boosts
All four die at 2026/10/20 14:59, not at the version end on 10/21 06:00. If you are holding Polychrome planning to pull Roxy "right before the patch," you have fifteen hours less than you think. This is a recurring source of confusion in the community — one player on the announcement thread asked flatly whether the update was on the ninth or whether that was just a stream, and another had to clarify that the Special Program is the livestream while "the update is totally on the ninth," before correcting course again. The broadcast is October 9. The patch is October 21. The banner cutoff is October 20 at 14:59.
The notice also repeats the clause that makes this safe to plan around: "The search count for guaranteed signals is cumulative across all Exclusive Channels, but is independent of and unaffected by other types of channels." Your Exclusive Channel pity carries into 3.3 intact. Losing the Roxy window does not reset anything — it only costs you that specific Agent. If you want the full mechanics, our ZZZ pity system guide breaks down each counter, and Polychrome farming covers how much you can realistically bank in sixteen days.
What the banner history says about the 3.3 lineup
We built a census of every Exclusive Channel in Zenless Zone Zero — 67 channels across 38 phases, covering all 40 S-Rank Agents released since launch. Three structural rules fall out of it, and they constrain 3.3 more tightly than any leak does.
Rule one: exactly two new S-Rank Agents per version, 20 versions out of 20. From 1.0 through 3.2, no version has ever shipped one new S-Rank or three. Phoenix and Severian are the two. There is no third.
Rule two: exactly one new debut per phase, in 28 of the 29 phases since 1.5. The single exception is Version 2.5, a one-window version that launched Ye Shunguang and Zhao together. Version 3.3 is a standard two-phase version, so the structure forces one of Phoenix and Severian into Phase I and the other into Phase II. Which one goes first is genuinely unknown — the announcement lists Phoenix before Severian, but that ordering has no predictive history behind it.
Rule three: reruns are almost always an Agent's second channel, not their third. Of the 27 rerun channels in the game's history, 26 were an Agent's second Exclusive Channel. Exactly one has ever been a third: Ellen Joe, in Version 2.4 Phase II. So the rerun slots in 3.3 will most likely be drawn from the 14 Agents who have had exactly one channel so far — not from the 25 Agents sitting on two, and certainly not from Ellen Joe, the only Agent on three.
Narrow that pool further. Four of those 14 have already been re-offered through an Exclusive Rescreening (the three-Agent catch-up channel that has run twice, in 2026-01 and 2026-08), which historically takes the pressure off a conventional rerun. Strip those out and apply the observed floor — the shortest debut-to-rerun gap in the game is 133 days — and as of 2026/10/21 the eligible list is short:
| Agent | Days since only channel | Past the 189-day median? |
|---|---|---|
| Banyue | 308 | Yes |
| Zhao | 295 | Yes |
| Cissia | 189 | Exactly at it |
| Starlight - Billy Kid | 147 | No |
Banyue and Zhao are the only two Agents in Zenless Zone Zero who have had exactly one Exclusive Channel, have never appeared in a Rescreening, and are past the median rerun gap. That makes them the most structurally overdue rerun candidates for 3.3. It is a probability argument from published data, not an announcement, and HoYoverse has broken pattern before — Version 3.1 Phase II ran Sigrid with no conventional rerun at all. Treat it as a planning prior, nothing more. For the full channel-by-channel record, see our ZZZ banner history.
What is not confirmed yet
Page one for this query is full of tables that look authoritative. Here is the honest boundary as of 2026-10-05:
- Not confirmed: Phoenix's and Severian's rank, Attribute, Specialty, or kit
- Not confirmed: which of them is Phase I and which is Phase II
- Not confirmed: any 3.3 rerun Agent, including Banyue and Zhao
- Not confirmed: the signature W-Engine names for either channel
- Not confirmed: whether 3.3 runs a third Exclusive Rescreening
- Not confirmed: exact Phase I and Phase II dates — the 11/11 and 12/01 figures above are projected from the 21/21 pattern
Everything in that list becomes public on October 9 and October 19. We will update this page on both dates.

FAQ
Who are the ZZZ 3.3 banner characters? Phoenix and Severian. HoYoverse named both as "these two new Agents" in the Version 3.3 Special Program announcement on 2026-10-05. Their full names, from their official Agent Records, are Phoenix Reffaella and Severian Lowell. Their ranks, Attributes and Specialties have not been published yet.
When do the ZZZ 3.3 banners start? Version 3.3 begins 2026/10/21 at 06:00 (UTC+8), and Phase I channels open shortly after the update finishes. The exact channel start time appears in the Limited-Time Channels notice, which on past cadence should post around 2026-10-19.
When is the ZZZ 3.3 Special Program? October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8), on the official YouTube, Twitch and TikTok channels. HoYoverse confirmed an exclusive redemption code will be dropped during the broadcast.
Is the October 9 date the 3.3 update? No. October 9 is the Special Program livestream only. The Version 3.3 update itself lands on October 21. This is the single most common mix-up in the community right now.
When does the Roxy banner end? Cindernight Respite, along with Promeia's Cold Rain Wanes in the Night and both W-Engine channels, closes 2026/10/20 at 14:59 server time — just over fifteen hours before Version 3.3 begins, not at the version rollover itself.
Does my pity carry over into ZZZ 3.3? Yes. The channel notices state that the search count for guaranteed signals is cumulative across all Exclusive Channels, independent of other channel types. Exclusive Channel progress carries across versions; W-Engine Channel progress is tracked separately and also carries.
Will there be a rerun in ZZZ 3.3? Almost certainly, since 27 of the 29 phases since Version 1.5 paired a new debut with a rerun. The two exceptions were Version 2.5 and Version 3.1 Phase II. The data points at Banyue and Zhao as the most overdue candidates, but no rerun has been announced.
How many new S-Rank Agents come in each ZZZ version? Exactly two, in all 20 versions from 1.0 to 3.2. Version 3.3 will have two: Phoenix and Severian.
